NetCaller needs to know if it must pass through a proxy. If so, you must give it's port and address in the appropriate boxes.
NetCaller can also understand a class of weblinks that a system operator of a Phone Server may have published to the Internet. If you allow it to grab these weblinks, when you're browsing the Internet and you come across an appropriate link and click it, your web browser should automagically launch the NetCaller and pump it with the data needed to connect to an internet telephone service run by a Phone Server.
