These are the rules that determine which computer has
access to what sites. The rules are applied as first come first served in
the list. This means that if a rule is fully satisfied no other rules will
be examined. Note that a port of 0 (zero) means any port and an address of
0.0.0.0 means any address.
In this example any connection to the Proxy Server from address
range 192.168.0.1 to 192.168.0.255 on any port will be allowed to route
anywhere it pleases. This is a special case of home networks where every
computer on the network would be allowed access to any site.
If you wished to prevent a particular computer from access
a specific site (for example a your children's computer from accessing a
specific site) you would enter their IP address in the source with a
mask of 255.255.255.255 and enter the blocked address in the destination box
and set the rule to deny. Keep in mind that strict rules should be tested
for first so you will need to ensure it has an early position in the list of
rules.
