Skype Refuses Access     When you see this message you have probably incorrectly refused access of Skype Forwarder to Skype. If this is the case, follow the steps outlined below. If you feel you installed this application by mistake press the "no" key and it will be immediately uninstalled.   How to tell Skype to allow an add-on access.   Open Skype's "Tool" menu and select "Options". Choose the "Privacy" icon on the left. Click the link "Manage other programs access'  to Skype" in the "Related Fields" section.
